How you opt in
Accident Network only texts people who call us first. You cannot sign up by text, and we never send a text to anyone who has not called us and given consent.
- You call Accident Network at our published phone number.
- During the call, our intake agent reads the consent disclosure below, word for word.
- You give a clear verbal yes. If you say no, we will not text you.
- Your consent, phone number, date and time are recorded and logged in our system as proof of your opt-in.
- Only after you consent do we send text messages to the number you called from or gave us on the call.

Consent to receive text messages is not required to use our services.
What messages you will receive
Text messages come only from Accident Network and relate to the reason you called. They may include:
- Follow-up questions needed to complete your case evaluation
- Callback and appointment scheduling
- Status updates about your inquiry
- Information about Accident Network services, including our partner attorney program for law firms

Sample messages
- Accident Network: Thanks for calling about your accident. To finish your case evaluation, what date did the accident happen? Reply STOP to opt out.
- Accident Network: Your callback is set for Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.
- Accident Network: Thanks for your interest in our partner attorney program. Your intro call is booked for Thursday at 2:00 p.m. Reply STOP to opt out.
How to opt out
Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed:
“Accident Network: You’ve been unsubscribed and will receive no more messages. Reply START to resubscribe.”
How to get help
Reply HELP or INFO to any message, and we will respond with:
“Accident Network: For help, email information@accidentnetwork.net or call 405-300-8059. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Your mobile information stays private
We do not share, sell, rent or transfer your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in or consent to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. The only parties that handle this information are the messaging providers and carriers that deliver our messages on our behalf. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
